Just got the news from my gallery in NY - SOLD. Now I want to start painting larger again! And to think I just got a gig to paint 10 - yes TEN, 4"x4" paintings... anyone out there got a magnifying glass I could borrow?

Congrats! IT is beautiful. congrats too on the commission for the ten small ones. I don't think you'll be disappointed with that.
The painting is awesome, I'm sure it went to a good home. I'll look forward to seeing the 10 4x4's! It took me three tries to figure out the 6x6 format. Maybe squint more?
Great news....Lucky buyer....selling art is a thrill I never got from my pay check it seems like "more" special money .
i did a little 6x6 last night just to get back in the "little" groove. its amazing that no matter how small you go, the same big challenges don't shrink with the size. thanks guys! i'm relieved to not have to store this work anymore, the more i paint the less storage room i have. in that cases, small is good!!
